What is the Morgan LMP2 ART Car?
The official ART CAR celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Le Mans 24 Hours. A unique LMP2 with a superb livery designed by artist Fernando Costa as a tribute to the iconic 24hr Race.
Constructed by Ligier Onroak in 2012,
At the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 2013, the Morgan became the official Art Car of the 90th anniversary of the mythical race. The No. 45 was entrusted to a team of gentlemen drivers: Jean-Marc Merlin, Philippe Mondolot and Jacques Nicolet. In an original touch, Philippe Mondolot had a new helmet made for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which included part of the artwork. This work was carried out by Amato Design.
Now owned by Shaun Lynn, this iconic car is being fully prepared to race towards the end of 2024.
